My goal with Aleks was to get a more varied training program as well as an effective one. To achieve this goal, Aleks sent new, and different exercises with instructions every week. Now i know lots of different exercises with which I can start building my own programs. Next to learning all new exercises, I learned how to vary with weight and reps to make sure my training is as effective as possible. When working with Aleks, you can always contact her with questions and doubts. And you often have an answer within a few minutes. Due to working with Aleks the past few months, I achieved my goals and walk witth a lot more confidence, joy and fitter through the gym.
